Cancellation. Reservation requests, modifications and/or cancellations must be made via e-mail, fax, or online, to the ASPE Housing Bureau until September 19, 2008 at 5:00 pm Pacific Standard time — with no penalty. After this date, direct all changes to the designated hotel. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date are subject to forfeiture of one night's room and tax that will be charged to your credit card. Do not contact your hotel until after September 23rd as they will not have a record of your reservation until then.
 
Convention Room Rates. To take advantage of the special ASPE Conference room rates, book your reservation by September 19, 2008. ASPE cannot guarantee convention room rates and availability at the convention hotels after September 19, 2008. After this date, the official ASPE room blocks will be released and the hotels may charge significantly higher rates. Reservation requests, cancellations or changes must be sent directly to the ASPE Long Beach Housing Bureau through September 19, 2006.

Shuttle Busing will be Provided via two routes. Route 1: Best Western Sails and Guesthouse in Belmont Shores and a standard stop at 1st and Atlantic Ave. for the Best Western, Travelodge and Roadway. Route 2: will cover the Queen Mary, the Coast and the Hilton hotels.

There is a free Passport shuttle within the downtown Long Beach area. Cost for the Long Beach Transit Bus is $0.90 and it links you to local, destinations and the hotels.
